From Callander you can travel north through Callander meadows onto the disused railway line, taking you up past the falls of Leny and Loch Lubnaig on to Strathyre, Balquidder and Glen Ogle. Cross the Redbridge over the river Teith (A81) and take a right along the invertrossachs road past the picturesque Loch Venachar and on to the various (signposted) routes across to Brig O Turk and up to the Achray Forest in the heart of the Trossachs.
